Sage have announced their latest upgrades to Sage 200cloud Standard with the release of Sage 200cloud 2020 R2

The new functionality for Sage 200cloud Standard and Education launched on Wednesday 16th September 2020.

Highlights of the 2020 R2 release include:

Sage 200cloud 2020 R1 Updates

1) Web Forms

You can now use some Sage 200cloud features using a web browser. It’s great for when you’re on the move, or away from your desktop PC. The Web Portal is designed for use on computers and tablets, and you can use it straight away without installing an app. Features include:

  • Customers – Create, amend and view customer accounts. Change account status (hide or put on hold). Enter customer payments (refunds) and receipts. Customer transaction enquiry. Customer List.
  • Suppliers – Create, amend and view supplier accounts. Change account status (hide or put on hold). Enter supplier payments and receipts (refunds). Supplier transaction enquiry. Authorise purchase invoices and credit notes. Supplier List.
  • Sales Orders – Customer price enquiry (stock item prices).
  • Stock Control – Perform a stocktake. Transfer stock. View stock item balances. Stock List.

2) API Enhancements

Building out the API supporting customisations including Power Apps and Power BI reports using the Sage 200cloud data. Supporting customers by allowing connections for third party developers. Areas include the Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger and Stock Ledger.

These new features are currently only available for Sage 200cloud Standard users.
