Sage have announced their latest upgrades to Sage 50 Accounts with the release of Version 27.0.

Highlights of the Version 27.0 release include:

1) New Company Improvements

Customer Feedback told us that company setup was not always easy to follow which has led to new company setup screens in v27. You are now able to easily create new companies and have the ability to search the customer list.

2) Custom Alerts

This was the top voted customer request and allows you to create custom alerts on Suppliers, Customers, and Products that displays either a pop up or embedded message with essential information. These Alerts that can be customised to suit your way of working.

3) User Management Improvements

All local and remote users can now be managed seamlessly and effectively from the user management in Sage 50.

4) Sage Drive Improvements (Remote Data Access)

This is now in product, fully setup and managed within Sage 50 Accounts User Management.  We want you to stay connected and make it easy for you to manage your users in one place, whilst retaining full admin control. Remote access granted though User Management instead of the Sage Drive Management Centre.

5) Sage ID

After March 2021 anyone wishing to use the connected services will need to upgrade to v27. The separate processes of Sage Drive, Bank Feeds and Invoice Payments will merge into a single Sage ID.

These new features of Version 27 will be available for all Sage 50 Users and can be manually updated from your system.
