Acorn IT Solutions are one of Irelands leading Sage Business Partners and specialise in supplying and implementing the Sage range of finance and business management solutions including Sage 50, Sage 200, CRM and Payroll.
We now require an Office Administrator to join the Acorn BMS team on a full time/permanent basis in our Kilrea Head Office.
The Job Role
Support departments that require administration assistance.
Manage recurring customer contracts.
Tracking details of working hours and reporting on same.
Manage sales and purchase transactions using our accounts systems.
Perform credit control duties.
Liaising with staff to collate information.
Providing reports to Senior Managers.
Carry out receptionist duties such as answering calls, emails, mail and transferring them as necessary.
Arrange meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments.
Communicate with relevant agencies to produce itineraries for business directors and employee events.
Previous experience in an administration or receptionist role.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work without supervision.
Previous accounts experience including Sales, Purchase and Bank processing

Ability to handle confidential information.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.
